I forgot some more details:

I've used the instructions posted http://rails.lipsiasoft.com/wiki/lipsiadmin to create the article and the image model/controllers. I've also used the original attachment_fu, as well as the one from your site. Same error. Here's the image model:

Last bit of info, with the attachment_fu from your site, the error is a bit different and I get this error instead:

I think in this case the problem can be that u don't have rmagick o some similar

try gem install rmagick

The geometry problem is an rmagick problem, try to remove it from
